Update: Jeremiah installed our new water heater, he was careful of our property and keep us updated on the progress, very professional and polit. Highly recommend. When our air conditioning went out on one of the hottest weeks of the summer, we called Balance Point as our first call. Dave Crownover was the Service Technician that came out within a few hours and diagnosed the problem quickly. Unfortunately, the unit was an older model, and the part had to be ordered. He provided updates on the part and the day the part came in; he was at our house and within a hour had us up and working. He also went the additional mile, looking over the entire unit to ensure we were good for the rest of the summer. We highly recommend Balance Point for any of your needs and will continue to use their services.

Needing a new Air/Heat System, Balance Point's rep' Matthew came to our home to inform us about the AC systems and the rebates; we have already received that generous rebate. The installation was done by Santana and Mason from Balance Point. They communicated with us from beginning of the installation to the end of showing us how to regulate the temperature. The system has worked beautifully! There was a little blip because part of the old April-Air System needed a damper switch. Diablo, from Balance Point came out, the same morning called, fixed the problem immediately, tested the system and stayed to make sure that it was working. When you call, Lindsey, at Balance Point, is quick to respond. I like the time that the Balance Point technicians take to clearly explain the computer system, their patience and friendliness.

I had an emergency with my HVAC. Matt the tech came out and assessed right away. He was kind and respectful of my home. Matt was thorough and took his time to troubleshoot my issues and found 2. Matt’s due diligence made me feel at peace that my cost was worth every penny which was a reasonable price. I will be requesting Matt for any future needs at my new home and would refer him and Balance Point to my friends and family with no hesitation.

Sean and Chris came out the same day we called to diagnose an issue with our 26 year old AC. They were very thorough with their checks, providing photos, detailed explanations and options. We ended up getting a brand new unit. Courtney came out and took good care going over different options and finding something in our budget. We were able to get it installed only a day later. Mason and Michael did an amazing and clean looking install. We felt well taken care of the entire process and will continue to use them for future maintenance and services

Dave came all the way from Greeley to Fort Collins on an after hours call on the hottest day of the summer. My fam and I had just got home after driving all day, coming home from a long road trip. House was 90 degrees and ac had gone out completely. Within a few hours Dave had us up and running. Don't think he left til 1:30am. Stand up guy and knows his stuff. True pro. Take care of him over there at balance point.

We had Chris from Balance Point come out for our quarterly inspection today! They did a great job of reviewing all of the elements of our furnace and air conditioning. We signed up for this service as it was very reasonable and everyone we have had from Balance Point come into our home has been a great experience. Very respectful and always explaining what they are doing and why. They also answer all of my questions even the dumb ones without making me feel like a bother. Jordan came out for service on our AC system to diagnose and repair. He was able to find a small leak in our system and ruled out other problems. Our system is running so much better since the visit. Jordan was very informative and helped me understand how our system works, and gave good advice on filter replacement and other maintenance tips. We would use Balance Point in the future for any HVAC needs.

Matt with Balance Point just serviced my AC system. Very personable while servicing the unit inside and out. This included a cleaning of the unit outside and testing to ensure the system was working within recommended parameters. I was a previous customer of Hooley Heating and Air, which was taken over by Balance Point several years ago, and I've been pleased that Balance Point has continued with great service and honest technicians. 7-13-26: Called because AC compressor wad squealing and fan wasn’t spinning which I knew likely wasn’t a good thing. Dylan quickly diagnosed a loose wire and had system running during the hottest stretch of heat this summer! He was also very communicative in explaining what he was doing. All covered under warranty.

My AC broke during the hottest time in the day. Luke came out promptly at night and fixed it in a few mins. In addition, he also checked the whole system to make sure it is working properly. Luke was super friendly and professional and gave me honest tips on AC maintenance. Best service guy I have ever met!

Brenner came over and did a full plumbing system inspection as part of my annual service plan. First off, Brenner was great! Very polite and much more thorough than expected. He did find a few minor issues and gave good suggestions on what to do to resolve all issues.

Finding the best “Balance” is always great!! The Balance point duo ( Brenner & Jessie?) that came out to our facility were great! There was an issue that they were knowledgeable enough to recognize what it was while honest enough to say that they could try different solutions, but I would not likely see the results I need and recommend a more specialized company to resolve the problem. I have previously had great service with Balance Point but this is just another reason to continue to use them!

I contacted Balance Point for a second opinion. I was amazed at the time taken and attention to detail Matt took in testing, explaining the process, and even going beyond the call of duty to find out what was wrong, when another provider had said our air conditioning system was fine--which I knew not to be the case based on its performance. The cost for the value I received was so reasonable that it surprised me. Even the initial phone call to schedule was pleasant, and the appointment was not far out. Matt was timely--in fact, ahead of schedule, without requiring a long wait. I recently had a great service experience with Balance Point Heating & Air after the A/C compressor on my Payne system unexpectedly failed after just 61 months of use. Balance Point (formerly Hooley Heating) installed my complete air conditioning system a little over five years ago, which I’m totally pleased with. When the A/C stopped working, I called them, and they were friendly, professional, and able to send a technician out the very same day to diagnose the problem. Their technician, Dave, was outstanding. He was extremely knowledgeable, methodical, and took the time to thoroughly test the entire system before confirming that the compressor had failed. He explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and completed the replacement with excellent workmanship. The installation required brazing in the new compressor, recharging the refrigerant, and thoroughly testing the system afterward. Dave kept the work area neat and clean and made sure everything was operating properly before he left. He’s a true professional and an outstanding representative of Balance Point. I’m disappointed that a Payne compressor failed after only 61 months of service. Especially considering we only use A/C, four months a year. Which means the compressor only lasted around 20 months of use. Payne honored its 10-year parts warranty and supplied a replacement compressor, which I was told had a value of approximately $1,300. However, because the warranty covers only the part and not the labor, refrigerant, or installation, I still paid nearly $2,000 for the replacement. While that was frustrating, I understand those costs are typical under most manufacturer warranties. Although I’m disappointed with the premature compressor failure, I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Balance Point and Dave. Their prompt response, professionalism, and quality workmanship turned a frustrating situation into a positive customer service experience. I would confidently recommend Balance Point Heating & Air to anyone looking for an honest and professional HVAC contractor.

Greatly enjoyed working with Brenner Rhoads on a hot water tank replacement to a tankless system. He is very knowledgeable about these systems and guided us through an informed and transparent decision process. Would highly recommend him for these types of projects.

Sean was very knowledgeable about the specific thermostat I need for my Lennox variable speed furnace and ac. He was able to diagnose my unit, as well as inspect for some other issues I asked him to look at. Balance point will be fixing some poor workmanship that a different HVAC company left me with from a couple of years ago. Balance point/Sean was knowledgeable, professional, and open in their quote. I will be having them out soon. They also have a very fair price on an HVAC maintenance plan that I purchased.

Matt Bell was recently our service tech for our MiniSplits cooling system. We have it checked and cleaned yearly. Matt did a great job making sure they were working properly, cleaning the filters and making sure our remotes were set correctly. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He was also very patient with our 3 Rescue Dogs who barked constantly. He answered all of my questions about settings for vanes to give us better overall cooling…Great Service and Great Technician!!! While experiencing an issue with a Reach-In Cooler, we called Balance Point and requested Matt Bell specifically (and for good reason). Matt B. came and addressed the situation and helped by giving a very thorough diagnosis and explanation of what what going wrong with the equipment which in turn , helped to solve the problem . Very satisfied and will definitely be turning to him and Balance Point for assistance in the future if and when needed. 5 stars.

Balance Point replaced our furnace, humidifier, thermostat, and AC. The installation crew, Mason and Kobe, were outstanding. They showed up on time at 9:00am and did not stop working until they were finished at 4:00pm. They both were polite, pleasant, and took the time to explain to me what they were doing and why. But most of all, their work was neat and organized which indicated to me they knew what they were doing. Time will tell if the Daiken products we selected were a good choice. But for now, Balance Point has provided good service, what looks to be a fair price, and a great installation team. So far, so good!

Balance Point installed our heat pump, furnace, air conditioning, and tankless water heater 3 years ago. We use their annual heating, AC, and plumbing services. Today, we had Cody come out for our annual plumbing servicing. Cody is professional, personable, and thorough. He inspected and flushed, and adjusted our systems to assure we will be set for the next year.

We recently had Balance Point replace our 37 year old ac system with a Heat Pump. We were very happy with the quality of their work and specifically their attention to detail. Dave Crownover and Luke did an amazing job repairing a leak in our heat pump mini split system. This was no easy fix as the original installing contractor had the connection behind drywall. Dave and Luke were prompt, friendly, professional and answered all my questions. I was charged exactly what my estimate was and am enjoying my mini split system with confidence. This is some of the best service I've had in years. Balance Point will be my first call from now on.

Update for Balance Point Heating, Cooling and Plumbing. ANOTHER GREAT BIG SHOUT-OUT TO BALANCE POINT HEATING in Loveland. Since my last furnace was installed 9 years ago (it was a Goodman) I have been upset. Plenty of repair bills with various companies and it still never seemed to work correctly. Then I called Balance Point. (I still had Eric's card, please see below) Nick came out and listened to my series of problems like no heat in my sunroom and how the temp in the house varied all the time. I had explained this to other companies but was dismissed. Nick was patient and listened. He gave me options and I chose one. Within a week I had a new Lennox furnace. Now I have heat in my entire home. It is comfortable. I had spoken to Bill and Jesse over the phone and they were just as polite and caring as Nick was. Three people came out to install everything and fix problems. Santana was so good at his job that I asked him how long he had been working at it. He told me 7 years. Ethan and Dominguez were also onsite doing the work and were polite, friendly, and efficient. Everyone was always smiling and made me feel respected. Experience was obvious. They repaired all my problems that included many venting issues. They had finished and then realized my water pump was not working. They waited for one to be delivered and then installed it-no charge. WOW! I can’t say enough how much I appreciate their kindness and their efficiency in repairing all issues. For certain, Balance Point is who I will go with from now on. Thank you to all! My first experiene with Balance Point was with Eric Johnson with Balance Point Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing 4 months ago. After checking the old thermostat to see if it could be repaired or reprogrammed, he installed a new thermostat quickly and efficiently. He had the perfect product with him that is not complicated, something I really appreciated. He listened to what I wanted and even repaired a small existing problem on my furnace. He is good humored, professional, and respectful. He gave me his card and I will keep it for future reference as he is the one to call for me going forward. Thank you Eric.

Matt came to our home for a heating system inspection earlier this week. He was patient, professional, and provided thorough explanations to all of my questions. Jeremiah came to repair a tricky leak in our pex tubing. Not only did he expertly repair the leak, he also diagnosed and repaired a poorly installed hot water element for a reasonable price. He was thorough, courteous and exceeded our expectations.
