Nick S. did a really great job for us. I called at 8:30 p.m. on a Saturday evening when my air conditioning stopped working, and he was there by 9:15 to diagnose it, and follow up the next day to complete the stuff that needed to wait until things thawed out. Did a great job, explain things well, on time, courteous.
Update- We had another visit today by Brenner, he did a great job as well. Very professional, kind, and helpful
