Nick S from Balance Point Fort Collins was at my home to do the fall/winter service on my two furnaces today. I found him to be very thorough and knowledgeable with the work that he did. He also did a great job identifying some possible upgrades I could do to my systems to make them more efficient at humidifying and cleaning the air in my home. I appreciated his professionalism and hope he will be back next spring to do the maintenance on my AC units.
